What is Home Staging?

Home staging is product packaging for the residential real estate market.  Tailored Transitions uses interior design as a tool to appeal to the statistically probable buyers.  Our work is as individual as the properties we work on. 

Why is Home Staging Important?

Prospective buyers need help visualizing. Tailored Transitions can create that dream.  Purchasing a property is the most aspirational purchase the consumer makes.  We present each property as perfectly as possible for the probable target market.  Buyers cannot imagine how a home could be, only what it is.

Tailored Transitions maintains a warehouse of designer furnishings and finishes. We have relationships with several galleries and artists so we can provide finely framed original artwork.  

The Self Staging Package

For those clients on a budget, Tailored Transitions offers our Do It Yourselfer report.  For $400, we shall meet with the client, review the house, and write a room by room report with recommendations the seller can implement on their own.  While the client cannot replicate our fabulous designer inventory, this option offers clients the DIY option.
