“I can't recommend Tailored Transitions highly enough.  I hired them to assist with my mother's move into a retirement community and they were fantastic.  Kelly reached out to me immediately after I sent an inquiry, and was engaged and communicative throughout the entire process.  She called the retirement community and arranged all the logistics of the move and met with my mother and inventoried her apartment, and set up everything with the moving company, we only needed to be ready the morning of the move.  Kelly and the team arrived the morning of the move and immediately got to work packing up my mother's apartment. They arranged and handled all details for the moving company as well, and then unpacked all the boxes in her new apartment. My mother and I did not have to do anything except give some general guidance on where to put her things, the team even made her bed and arranged her nick knacks.
